DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: BT Finance Head Buys GBP297,654 In Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.----------FTSE 100-listed telecommunications giant BT Group said that Chief Financial Officer Simon Lowth bought GBP297,654 worth of shares. Lowth acquired 139,744 shares at 213 pence each. His total shareholding in the company following the transaction was not disclosed. BT shares closed up 2.6% at 213.97p each.----------Motorpoint said Commercial Director Jon Baird sold 377,500 shares at a price of 248 pence per share. After the sale, worth GBP936,200, Baird now holds 377,608 shares, or an 0.4% stake. Shares in the car dealer closed at 255.0p each, up 3.5%. ----------Castleton Technology said its non-executive chairman purchased 17,700 shares at 82.98 pence each. The GBP14,687 purchase means David Bayne now has an interest in 0.08% of the company's issued share capital, a total of 68,013 shares. Shares in Castleton Technology closed up 1.8% at 84.25 pence each.----------Georgia Healthcare Group said the chief executive officer of its pharma business, Gepha, has purchased 44,972 shares for GBP119,876. Enriko Beridze completed the purchase over two transactions. On Friday, he purchased 29,972 shares at GBP2.7 each for GBP80,126. On Monday, Beridze completed the purchase of 15,000 at GBP2.7 for GBP39,750. Bridze's stake in the company was not reported. Shares in Georgia Healthcare closed down 2.4% at 261.13p each.----------Nexus Infrastructure Chief Financial Officer Alan Martin purchased 5,000 ordinary shares at 206.8 pence per share. Following the GBP10,340 purchase, Martin owns 80,920 shares in the company, representing 0.21% of the total voting rights of the company. Shares in the company closed at 200.0p, down 1.9%.----------ContourGlobal said Wednesday that Non-Executive Director Daniel Camus bought shares worth around GBP75,000 via two separate transactions. Camus bought the shares at a price of GBP2.14 per share on Tuesday. His total shareholding following the purchase was not disclosed. Shares in the power generation business closed at 224.00p each, up 3.70%.----------Private debt asset investor P2P Global Investments said Abror Ismailov, a partner of P2P's investment manager, purchased 6,317 shares at a price of 791.5 pence per share. It has not been disclosed how many shares Ismailov, a partner at P2P's investment manager Pollen Street Capital Ltd, now holds in the company following the GBP50,226 deal. Shares in P2P Global Investments closed flat at 790.00p each.----------Value & Income Trust said Philippa Oakeshott, wife of Director Matthew Oakeshott, purchased an aggregate of 107,500 shares at a price of 270.00 pence per share via two transactions on Friday and Monday. It has not been disclosed how many shares the director and his wife now hold in the company following the GBP290,250 deal. Shares in Value & Income Trust closed down 0.9% at 269.00p each.----------Aviation services group Air Partner said Non-Executive Director And Chairman Peter Saunders purchased 25,000 shares at a price of 120.13 pence per share. It has not been disclosed how many shares Saunders now holds in the company following the GBP27,533 deal. Shares in Air Partner closed up 1.1% at 110.50p each.----------Cosmetics manufacturer Swallowfield said Chief Executive Officer Designate Tim Perman purchased 12,000 shares at a price of 324.0 pence per share. Perman now holds 12,000 shares in the company, reflecting a 0.1% stake. Swallowfield Group Finance Director Matthew Gazzard also bought shares on Tuesday. He purchased 3,000 shares at a price of 324.0p each. Following the purchase, Gazzard holds 3,000 shares, reflecting a 0.02% stake. Shares in Swallowfield closed up 1.8% at 329.90p each.----------Retirement homes builders McCarthy & Stone said Karen Lester, spouse of Chairman Paul Lester purchased 66,500 shares at a price of 113.24 pence per share on Tuesday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Lester and his associated persons now hold in the company following the GBP75,743 deal. Shares in McCarthy & Stone closed down 2.5% at 105.50p each.----------
