DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Biffa Finance Boss Pike Acquires Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.----------Biffa said Chief Financial Officer Richard Pike bought a total of 175,000 shares in the waste management company in two transactions.In a deal on Friday last week, Pike acquired 105,000 shares at a price of 254 pence each, worth GBP266,700.Meanwhile, on Monday, he bought 70,000 shares at 251p each, totalling GBP175,700.Shares in Biffa closed down 0.6% at 246.00p each.----------UIL said two Non-Executive Directors, Christopher Samuel and Peter Burrows, acquired shares in the investment company in separate transactions on Tuesday. Burrows bought 100,000 shares at a price of 182p each, worth GBP182,000, while Samuel purchased 20,000 at the same price, totalling GBP36,400. Shares in UIL closed 1.0% higher at 183.74p each.----------Ophir Energy said Non-Executive Director David Davies purchased shares in the oil & gas exploration firm in a transaction on Tuesday. Davies bought 130,819 shares at a price of 38.03p each, totalling GBP49,744. Shares in Ophir Energy closed 1.3% lower at 37.00p each.----------Broker TP ICAP said Chief Executive Nicolas Breteau acquired shares in the FTSE 250-listed firm. Breteau bought 15,000 shares at a price of 285.69p each, worth GBP42,854. Shares in TP ICAP closed 2.7% higher at 290.80p each.----------FTSE 100-listed Vodafone Group said Non-Executive Director Michel Demare bought shares worth GBP83,901. Demare bought 50,000 shares at 168p each - Vodafone did not say what his holding was prior to or after the transaction. Vodafone shares closed 0.5% higher at 168.92p each.----------Georgia Capital said Deputy Chief Executive Avto Namicheishvili bought over GBP200,000 worth of shares in three deals last week. Firstly, on Wednesday last week, Namicheishvili bought 11,500 shares at 1,007p each for GBP115,814. A day later, he purchased 1,092 shares at 1,020p for GBP11,135. On Friday, Namicheishvili then bought 11,128 Georgia Capital shares at 1,019p for GBP113,404. The company did not give his total shareholding prior to or after the purchases. Georgia Capital shares closed 0.5% higher at 1,030.00p each. ----------RELX said Chief Human Resources Officer Gunjan Aggarwal acquired shares in the FTSE 100-listed analytics company. In a transaction on Friday last week, Aggarwal bought 1,224 shares at a price of USD20.75 each, worth USD25,398. Shares in RELX closed down 2.1% at 1,538.50p each.----------LondonMetric Property said a husband of Non-Executive Director Rosalyn Wilton acquired shares in the FTSE 250-listed property company. In a transaction on Monday, Gerald Wilton purchased 50,000 shares at a price of 182.5p each, totalling GBP91,250. Shares in LondonMetric Property closed up 0.6% at 184.00p each. ----------
