DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: BGEO Execs Sell GBP1.7 Million In Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday and late Thursday.

BGEO Group, the former Bank of Georgia Holdings, said three of its divisional deputy chief executives sold a combined 89,125 shares, worth about GBP1.7 million.

Avto Namichieshvili sold 44,125 shares at GBP19.25 each between Monday and Wednesday. He now holds 119,389 shares, or 0.3% of issued shares.

Sulkhan Gvalia sold 20,000 shares at GBP19.29 each and now holds 89,772 shares or 0.23% of the total voting rights.

Mikheil Gomarteli sold 25,000 shares at GBP19.20 each. He now holds 80,601 shares, representing approximately 0.20% stake.

The FTSE 250 stock closed down 0.6% at 1,911.34p Friday.

FTSE 100 distiller Diageo said David Cutter, president of global supply and procurement, sold 8,000 shares at a price of 1,888 pence per share on Friday. The deal is worth around GBP151,000 before expenses. Following this transaction, Cutter holds 8,768 shares. Diageo is the owner of drinks brands including Johnnie Walker, Bailey's, Smirnoff and Ciroc. The stock closed down 0.6% at 1,889.40p Friday.

Industrial property investor SEGRO said Non-Executive Director Margaret Ford bought 9,000 shares at a price of 446.3 pence per share on Thursday. Following this transaction, Ford holds 18,594 shares. SEGRO closed down 1.7% at 433.14p Friday.

Urals Energy said Non-Executive Chairman Andrew Shrager bought 350,000 shares at a price of 2.8 pence per share Friday. Following this transaction, Shrager holds 2.1 million shares, which represents 0.83% stake in the exploration and production company. Shrager bought 150,000 shares on November 30. The stock closed up 1.8% at 2.80p Friday.

RIT Capital Partners said Non-Executive Director Amy Stirling bought 1,770 shares at a price of 1,629 pence per share Thursday. Following this transaction, Stirling now holds 2,058 shares in the trust. The stock closed up 1.1% at 1,611.00p Friday.

Ultra Electronics Holdings said Human Resources Director Keith Thomson sold 211 shares at a price of 20.31 pence per share Thursday. Following this transaction, Thomson holds 23,139 shares. The stock closed down 1.5% at 1,992.00p Friday.
