LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday and Tuesday.----------Professional services consultancy Begbies Traynor Group said Regional Managing Partner Paul Stanley sold 67,885 shares at a price of 70.60 pence per share on Monday.It has not been disclosed how many shares Stanley now holds in the company following the GBP47,927 deal.Shares in Begbies closed down 0.1% at 71.84p.----------Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust said Non Executive Director Gary Le Sueur and a person closely assocatied with Gary Le Sueur, Emma Le Sueur, purchased a total of 10,450 shares in the company. Gary Le Sueur acquired 6,700 shares at a price of 263.50 pence per share, for a total of GBP17,654. Emma Le Sueur purchased 3,750 shares at the same price for a total of GBP9,881. The combined total for the purchase was GBP27,535. Shares in Martin Currie Global closed down 0.4% Tuesday at 261.00p.----------Nucleus Financial Group said Non-executive Chairman Angus Samuels purchased 26,704 shares at a price of 176.00 pence per share on Friday. His holding in the online wrap platform after the GBP46,999 deal has not been disclosed. Further to this his wife, Katy Samuels, purchased 26,705 shares at the same price for GBP47,000. Shares in Nucleus closed down 0.5% at 173.20p.----------JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust said Chairman Richard Burns increased his stake in the company by 5,000 shares in a deal on Monday. Burns bought the shares at 630.00 pence each for a total of GBP31,500. He now holds an interest in 110,000 shares. The stock closed at 632.00p on Tuesday, 0.5% higher.----------K3 Capital Group on Monday said Executive Vice Chairman Anthony Ford and Executive Director Stuart Lees are to sell a minimum of 1.5 million shares at a price of 300 pence per share via placing. K3 said the sale is to "satisfy investor demand", adding that it is not party to the placing and will receive no proceeds. FinnCap is to act as bookrunner in the placing, which will see Ford sell 1.4 million shares and Lees sell 150,000. Following the deal, Ford will hold 6.2 million shares or a 15% stake in the company while Lees will hold 650,000 shares or a 1.5% stake. The 1.5 million shares represent in aggregate approximately 3.6% of K3's issued capital. Shares in K3 Captal closed down 5.3% at 300.10p.----------Related Shares:
