LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.----------FTSE 100-listed bank Barclays said its Chief Operating Officer Paul Compton has sold shares worth GBP2.1 million.Compton sold 1.0 million shares at a price of GBP2.05 each in a transaction Wednesday. On Thursday last week, Barclays reported a GBP236.0 million loss for the first quarter of 2018 after a settlement with the US Department of Justice, having posted GBP1.68 billion of profit for the same period a year earlier. Shares closed flat on Wednesday at 205.45 pence.----------Pest control company Rentokil Initial said the wife of its Managing Director Alain Moffroid bought shares on Tuesday. Anne Moffroid bought GBP271,992 worth of shares, made up of 87,460 shares priced at 310.99p. Rentokil shares closed trading at 313.20p Wednesday, up by 0.4%.----------UK compliance and business service provider SimplyBiz Group said joint-Chief Executive Officer Neil Stevens bought shares worth of GBP42,500. Stevens bought 25,000 ordinary shares at a price of 170.00p per share. Following the transaction Stevens owns 1.6 million shares which represents approximately 2.1% of the company. SimplyBiz is a recent addition to the London Stock Exchange, having listed in March this year. Its shares closed up 7.3% on Wednesday afternoon at a price of 173.00p each.----------Car testing systems designer and manufacturer AB Dynamics said two of its board members sold shares on Tuesday. Interim Chief Executive Officer Anthony Best sold 100,000 share at a price of 990.00p per share, earning GBP990,000. Best and his wife, AB Dynamics said, still remain interested in over 6.1 million shares representing just under 32% of the company. Anne Middleton, a director of AB Dynamics, also sold 100,000 shares at the price of 990.00p per share for the same amount. Following the sale she still has 1.2 million shares representing 6.2% of the company. AB Dynamics shares closed up 0.8% Wednesday afternoon at 1,008.00p each.----------Aerospace engineering solutions company Velocity Composites said Mark Mills, non-executive chairman, bought 90,000 shares on Tuesday. Mills purchased the shares at 55.00p for a total of GBP49,500. Following the transaction Mills owns over two million shares, representing 5.9% of the company. Velocity Composites shares closed at 58.00p Wednesday, up by 5.5%.----------Henry Boot said Chief Executive John Sutcliffe has sold shares worth GBP28,821. Sutcliffe sold 10,042 shares at GBP2.87, Henry Boot said, to his daughter. Shares in the constructor and property developer closed up 1.1% at 290.00p each.----------Consultancy firm Ricardo said its Managing Director of Performance Products Mark Barge has sold 7,162 shares. Barge sold the shares at GBP9.63 for GBP68,970. He now holds 1,274 Ricardo shares, 0.01% of its share capital. Shares closed down 0.8% on Wednesday at 988.00p each.----------Keystone Law Group said its chief executive and an entity affiliated to a non-executive director have sold almost 3.0 million shares collectively. CEO James Knight has sold 900,000 shares at 282.00p each for GBP2.5 million, while Root Capital Fund II Ltd Partnership, linked to Non-Executive Director Simon Philips, sold 1.8 million shares at the same price for GBP5.0 million. Following these deals Knight has 10.9 million shares, or 35% of the company, and Root Capital 5.3 million shares or 17% of Keystone Law. Shares closed down 3.2% on Wednesday at 293.00p each.----------
