LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.----------Engineering services company Babcock International Group said Non-Executive Director Mike Turner purchased 15,000 shares at a price of 736.49 pence per share on Thursday.It has not been disclosed how many shares Turner now holds in the company following the GBP110,474 deal.Shares in Babcock International closed 0.6% lower on Friday at 728.60p.----------Future said Chairman Richard Huntingford acquired shares worth GBP68,952 in the media firm in a transaction on Wednesday. Huntingford - chair since February - bought 14,000 shares at 492.50p. Shares in Future closed 0.2% lower at 480p on Friday. ----------Telecommunications and IT firm Maintel Holdings said Company Secretary Dale Todd sold 10,000 shares at a price of 807.5p per share on Thursday. Following this GBP80,750 transaction, Todd now holds 29,144 shares in Maintel, reflecting a 0.2% stake in the company. Shares in Maintel closed 1.5% higher Friday at 837.50p.----------Nostrum Oil & Gas said Non-Executive Director Simon Byrne purchased 20,000 shares at a price of 182.286p per share on Thursday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Byrne now holds in the oil & gas company following the GBP36,457 deal. Shares in Nostrum closed up 5.6% at 188.00p each on Friday.----------Helical said Jane O'Donnell, a person closely associated with Non-Executive Director Michael O'Donnell has sold 67,000 shares at a price of 341.5p per share on Tuesday, at a total of GBP228,805.
