LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.----------Estate agent Purplebricks Group said the GBP125.0 million strategic investment by Axel Springer SE has been completed, with the transfer of 34.7 million Purplebricks shares, giving German publishing house an 11.5% stake.Shares in Purplebricks closed up 2.2% at 332.00 pence on Thursday.A total 27.8 million new shares were issued under a GBP100.0 million subscription by Axel Springer, and the publishing house also purchased 6.9 million existing shares at a price of 360.0 pence per share at a total of GBP25.0 million from Chief Executive Officer Michael Bruce, Sales Director Kenny Bruce and Non-Executive Director William Whitehorn.A total of 4.4 million shares were bought from Michael Bruce, leaving him with 33.2 million shares, reflecting a 11% interest in the company.Another 2.3 million shares were acquired from Kenny Bruce. It was not disclosed how many shares he now holds in Purplebricks.Finally, 225,000 shares were purchased from Whitehorn, meaning he now holds 613,269 shares, giving him a 0.2% stake in the company. ----------Jupiter European Opportunities Trust said Non-Executive Director Norman Lamont purchased 1,980 shares at a price of 742.3799 pence per share on Thursday, a total of GBP14,699. It has not been disclosed how many shares Lamont how holds in total. Shares in the trust closed up 0.8% at 741.00 pence on Thursday.----------Raven Russia said that Executive Deputy Chairman Anton Bilton purchased 1.3 million shares at a price of 42.50 pence per share on Wednesday, at a total of GBP531,250. Following his transaction, Bilton now has 43.9 million shares in total, reflecting a 6.6% stake in the company. Shares in the property investment company closed down 1.2% at 41.50 pence on Thursday.----------Walker Crips Group said that its Non-Executive Director Lim Hua Min purchased shares in the investment services company through a member of his family. In a transaction on Tuesday, Lim Hua Min bought 30,000 shares at a price of 37.00 pence each, worth GBP11,100. The stock closed 0.1% higher at 38.05p per share on Thursday.
