LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.----------AVEVA Group said Deputy Chief Financial Officer David Ward purchased shares in the information technology company.In a transaction on Tuesday, Ward acquired 1,466 shares at a price of 2,374 pence each, totalling GBP34,803. AVEVA shares closed 3.8% higher at 2,542.00p each.Following the deal, Ward holds 5,967 shares in the company, and holds options over 72,569 shares.----------Compass Group said Non-Executive Director John Bryant acquired shares in the contract food service company in five separate transactions on Wednesday. Bryant bought 6,025 shares in total, at an average price of 1,654p each, worth GBP99,654. Compass shares closed 0.8% higher at 1,670.50p each.----------Reach said Non-Executive Director Olivia Streatfeild purchased shares in the digital publisher in a transaction on Monday. Streatfeild acquired 52,989 shares at a price of 65.7p each, worth GBP34,814. Reach shares closed trading 0.2% higher at 63.10p each.----------Amerisur Resources said Tracarta Ltd purchased shares in the oil & gas company in a transaction on Wednesday. Amerisur Resources Chief Executive John Wardle has an interest in Tracarta, through which he bought 687,000 shares at a price of 13.10p each, worth GBP89,997. Shares in Amerisur Resources closed up 7.2% at 13.08p each.----------Ramsdens Holdings said Chief Executive Officer Peter Kenyon purchased shares in the financial services provider in a transaction on Wednesday. Kenyon acquired 48,484 shares at a price of 165p each, worth GBP79,999. Shares in the pawnbroker closed up 1.2% at 165.00p each.----------JTC said Chief Financial Officer Martin Fotheringham purchased 46,800 shares in the fund manager at 318p per share on Wednesday. Shares in JTC closed down 1.3% at 314.00p each.----------JPJ Group said both Director of Investor Relations Jason Holden and Executive Chairman Neil Goulden acquired shares in the bingo operator. Goulden bought 10,000 shares at a price of 582p each, for a total of GBP58,200. Goulden's holding in the company following Wednesday's transaction increased to 75,000 - representing 0.1% of the firm's issued share capital. Shares in JPJ closed down 0.8% at 585.15p each.----------Ten Lifestyle Group said Chief Executive Officer Alex Cheatle and President Toby Gauvain both acquired shares in the lifestyle concierge company in two separate transactions. Cheatle bought 65,676 shares at a price of 30.00p each, worth GBP19,703. Meanwhile, Gauvain purchased 50,000 shares at 28.40p each, totalling GBP14,200.
