LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.

Auto Trader Group said a group of current and former directors and managers of the company agreed to sell 16.2 million shares at 370 pence each, equivalent to a 1.6% stake in the used car website.
The sale follows the expiry of the lock-up undertakings given by the individuals at the time of the company's initial public offering, and following the sale the current managers and directors will continue to have an interest in 39.8 million shares in the company, or a 4.0% stake.
Auto Trader listed on the London main market in March 2015, and is now a member of the FTSE 250 index.
Chief Executive Officer Trevor Mather and Finance Director Sean Glithero sold 7.1 million and 1.6 million shares, leaving them with 12.0 million and 3.6 million shares in the company respectively.
Merill Lynch International is acting as the sole selling agent, and Auto Trader did not receive any proceeds from the sale.
Shares in Auto Trader closed down 1.6% at 385.07p Wednesday.

Housebuilding and construction group Galliford Try said Chairman Greg Fitzgerald, with his wife, sold 3,500 shares at 1,386p each on Tuesday. After the sale, Fitzgerald holds 726,646 shares, or a 0.877% stake in the group. The stock closed up 1.9% at 1,409.00p Wednesday.

Howden Joinery Group said Sarah Jane Cockburn, wife of Chief Information Officer Clive Cockburn, sold 40,000 shares at 474.78p per share Wednesday. Following the sale, the total holding of Clive Cockburn is 2,598 shares. Shares in the joinery company closed up 1.0% at 476.40p Wednesday.

Plant Impact said Non-Executive Director Chris Tyler bought 20,000 shares at 58.5p per share on Wednesday. The purchase makes up Tyler's entire holding. Shares in the crop enhancement technology company closed down 2.8% at 56.38p Wednesday.

Chemring Group said Eileen Flowers, the wife of Chief Executive Officer Michael Flowers, bought 20,000 shares at 137.12p per share on Wednesday. Michael Flowers now holds 150,982 shares after the purchase. The stock closed flat at 134.25p Wednesday.
