LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.----------Equipment rental firm Ashtead Group said Non-Executive Chairman Chris Cole reduced his stake by 40,000 shares on Thursday.Cole sold the shares at 2,040.00 pence each for a total of GBP816,000.He still holds 70,082 shares in Ashtead, which on Thursday last week said it had had a good last quarter and expected to meet guidance for its year ending April. Ashtead shares closed up 1.1% on Friday at 2,055.00p each.----------IFG Group said the boss of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Antony Overy, and his wife sold shares worth GBP59,857 in a transaction on April 10. Overy - chief executive officer of Saunderson House Ltd - sold 30,290 shares at 148.00p each, worth GBP44,829. His wife Anita Overy also sold 10,154 shares at the same price worth GBP15,028. Shares in IFG closed 3.7% lower at 137.00p on Friday. The total holding of the Overys after the transactions was not disclosed.----------Capita said Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Lewis acquired shares worth GBP39,506 in the outsourcer in a transaction on Thursday. Lewis - CEO since December - bought 21,500 shares at 183.75p each. Shares in Capita were 0.5% lower at the close on Friday at 183.65p. The total holding of Lewis after the transaction was not disclosed. ----------Card Factory said Chairman Geoffrey Cooper sold shares in a deal worth GBP234,150 on Thursday. Cooper sold 100,000 shares at a price of 234.15p each. FTSE 250-listed Card Factory gave no details as to his previous or subsequent holding in the company. Shares were down 1.5% at the close on Friday afternoon at 231.08p each.----------Drax Group said Chief Executive Will Gardiner bought shares worth GBP99,996 in a transaction on Thursday.
