LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.

Ashley House said Chairman Christopher Lyons bought shares as the company said its revenue more than doubled in its financial year ended April 30, and it swung to profit on Wednesday.
Lyons bought 43,000 shares at 8.50 pence each on Wednesday, which takes his holding to 269,500 shares, or a 0.46% stake.
Ashley House, which provides design and construction management services to health and social care development projects, posted pretax profit of GBP241,000 for its financial year, compared to the GBP11.9 million loss it recorded a year earlier. This came as the company's revenue more than doubled to GBP20.7 million, from GBP8.4 million, and the deprecation and impairment charge declined to GBP1.5 million from GBP7.6 million.
The stock closed up 5.6% at 7.92p Wednesday.

PureCircle said its new Chief Financial Officer Rakesh Sinha bought 20,000 shares at a price of 335 pence per share on Wednesday.
The stevia ingredients producer appointed Sinha in February and he will take over the role after the retirement of incumbent William Mitchell later in the year.
Sinha previously worked for Anglo-Dutch consumer goods firm Unilever, where he has held a number of senior finance and strategic roles over the past 17 years, including as finance director of the Australian and New Zealand ice-cream business and CFO of Unilever Taiwan and Hong Kong.
The stock closed down 1.8% at 336.75p Wednesday.

Associated British Foods said Non-Executive Director Richard Reid bought 3,347 shares at a price of 2,820 pence per share Wednesday. Shares in the sugar producer and Primark clothing chain parent company closed down 0.7% at 2,800.00p Wednesday.

Jimmy Choo said Non-Executive Director Elisabeth Murdoch bought 31,317 shares at a price of 108.517 pence each on Friday. The purchase is Murdoch's only holding after being appointed in November 2015. She is the daughter of media mogul Rupert Murdoch. Shares in the upmarket shoemaker closed flat at 110.00p Wednesday.

Vedanta Resources said Director of Management Assurance Function Dilip Golani sold 2,000 shares at a price of 526.00 pence each on Tuesday. The miner company did not state Golani's holding following the sale. The stock closed up 0.7% at 529.00p Wednesday.

Braveheart Investment Group said three of its board members bought 720,000 shares at a price of 5.0 pence per share on Wednesday. Chairman Jeremy Delmar-Morgan bought 180,000 shares, which takes his holding to 230,000 shares. In addition Chief Executive Officer Trevor Brown and Andrew Burton, managing director of Viking Fund Managers, each bought 270,000 shares. After the purchases, Brown and Burton hold 8.1 million and 929,460 shares respectively. The stock closed down 29% at 5.00p Wednesday.

Rosslyn Data Technologies said Non-Executive Director Barney Quinn bought 200,000 shares at a price of 9.5 pence per share Tuesday. Shares in the data analytics software provider closed down 6.5% at 8.65p Tuesday.

IndigoVision Group said Maud Swanson, wife of Alex Swanson, its head of engineering, purchased 7,400 shares at 132 pence each on Monday. Following the purchase, Swanson total beneficial interest is 14,709 shares, or a 0.19% stake. Shares in the video security systems company closed up 4.9% at 140.00p Wednesday.

Ricardo said Non-Executive Director Laurie Bowen bought 4,000 shares at a price of 765.00 pence per share on Tuesday. The purchase is Bowen's only holding in the engineering consultant. The stock closed up 1.7% at 742.50p Tuesday.

Volution Group said Non-Executive Director Anthony Reading bought 10,000 shares at a price of 137.00 pence per share on Tuesday. Following this transaction, Reading holds 60,000 shares, which represents 0.03% of the issued share capital. Shares in the ventilation products supplier closed up 5.1% at 139.75p Wednesday.
