LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.

Arden Partners said Chairman Luke Johnson and Deputy Chairman Jonathan Keeling bought shares in the institutional stockbroker on Monday.
Johnson and Keeling each bought 20,500 shares at 22.573 pence per share.
Arden Partners last Thursday said its pretax loss narrowed in the first half of its financial year on flat revenue.
Arden said it made a GBP700,000 pretax loss in the six months to the end of April from a GBP1.2 million loss made a year prior. Revenue in the half was flat at GBP2.7 million.
The stock closed up 2.2% at 23.00p Tuesday.

Reabold Resources said Chairman Jeremy Edelman bought 5.0 million shares at a price of 0.4 pence per share on Tuesday. Following this transaction, Edelman now holds 149.0 million shares, equal to a 46% stake in the natural resources investing company. The stock closed untraded at 1.0p Tuesday.

CML Microsystems said Non-Executive Director Ronald Shashoua bought 3,000 shares at a price of 337 pence per share on Monday. The semiconductor designer and manufacturer said last Wednesday, its trading since the end of the first quarter of 2016 has been as anticipated, with gross margins continuing at more or less the same levels as the previous year. The stock closed up 2.7% at 349.00p Tuesday.

D4t4 Solutions said Non-Executive Director Roger McDowell sold 500,000 shares at a price of 132 pence per share on Monday. The deal is worth GBP660,000 before expenses. Following the sale, McDowell's holding is 1.9 million shares, representing 5.07% of the company's total voting rights. The company formerly known as IS Solutions, renamed and rebranded itself D4t4 Solutions in July as it continues to shift its focus towards data analytics. The stock closed down 1.4% at 138.00p Tuesday.

Nigel Northridge, senior non-executive director, bought 315 shares, Till Vestring, non-executive director, bought 411 shares and Non-Executive Director Alison Cooper bought 233 shares. Non-Executive Director John Langston bought 292 shares, Non-Executive Director Nigel Stein bought 233 shares and Non-Executive Director Coline McConville bought 292 shares. The stock closed up 0.3% to 677.47p on Tuesday.

Paragon Entertainment said Chief Operating Officer John Dobson bought a total of 1.1 million shares at an average price of 1.83 pence each on Monday. Following the purchase, Dobson is beneficially interested in 3.8 million shares, or a 2.01% stake. Shares in the attractions design, production and fit-out business closed up 10% at 1.95p Tuesday.
