DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Another Rotork Director Buys After Warning

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.

Rotork said Carol Davis, a connected person to Finance Director Mark Davis, bought 6,000 shares at a price of GBP1.694 per share.

Following this transaction, Davis holds a total beneficial interest in 203,624 shares.

Last week, shares in Rotork plummeted after it issued a profit warning, saying tough trading conditions in the third quarter had resulted in project delays and cancellations which meant its profit for the full year will miss expectations. The day after, Chairman Martin Lamb bought 50,000 shares and Non-Executive Director Gary Bullard bought 10,000 shares.

Shares in the actuators and flow control equipment maker closed down 2.4% at 167.15p Thursday.

Sound Oil said Chief Executive Officer James Parsons, bought 43,766 shares Thursday at a price of 13.7p. Following this transaction, Parsons is now interested in 928,369 ordinary shares in the company, representing 0.18% of Sound Oil's issued ordinary share capital. The Mediterranean-focused upstream oil and gas company also Thursday said its pretax loss widened in the first half due to a foreign exchange loss as it ramps up its operations ahead of starting production. Sound Oil shares closed down 2.9% at 14.20p.

Gulfsands Petroleum said Non-Executive Director Joe Darby bought 25,000 shares at a price of 5p per share Wednesday. The purchase is Darby's only holding in the company. He is also holds non-executive roles at Alkane Energy and Premier Oil. Shares in the oil & gas exploration and production company closed up 5.0% at 5.25p Thursday.

Regenersis said Non-Executive Director Frank Blin bought bought 15,337 shares on Wednesday at a price of 165p. Following this transaction, Blin is interested in 33,337 ordinary shares, representing 0.04% of the company's issued share capital. Shares in the outsourcing company closed up 6.0% at 171.25p Thursday.

Synety Group said Chief Executive Officer Mark Seemann bought 4,494 shares at 89p Wednesday. Seemann now holds 922,106 shares, representing approximately 7.6% of the total voting rights. Shares in the software company closed up 0.2% at 89.20p Thursday.

Premier Oil said Finance Director Richard Rose bought 15,000 shares at a price of GBP0.667735 per share Wednesday. Following this transaction, Rose holds 33,226 shares, which represents 0.0065% stake in the firm. Shares in the oil and gas company closed down 5.3% at 63.90p Thursday.

Indivior said Chief Business Development Officer Tony Goodman bought 10,000 shares at a price of USD3.4244 per share Monday. As a result of this transaction, Goodman now has an interest in 20,000 shares. Shares in the pharmaceutical company closed down 1.9% at 218.90p Thursday.

Berendsen said Keisha Lawler, who is connected to Company Secretary David Lawler, sold 20,000 shares Thursday at a price of 985p. The deal is worth GBP197,000 before expenses. Shares in the laundry service closed down 1.1% at 974.78p Thursday.

Software company ULS Technology said Managing Director Ben Thompson bought 20,000 shares Thursday at 51p which is his only holding. Shares closed down 1.2% at 51.00p.

Pittards said Chief Executive Officer Reg Hankey bought 5,000 shares Thursday at a price of 96.1p per share. Following this transaction, Hankey's holding increased to 213,333 shares. Shares in the leather producer closed down 2.4% at 96.10p Thursday.
