LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.

Gaming company 888 Holdings said two of its senior executives sold a total of 850,204 shares between Wednesday and Thursday, in deal worth a total of GBP1.5 million.
Chief Financial Officer Aviad Kobrine sold 500,204 shares at GBP1.809136 each and has no interest in the company any more.
888 also said Chief Operating Officer Itai Frieberger sold 350,000 shares at GBP1.813014 each and now holds 1.1 million shares.
The stock closed flat at 182.00p Friday.

Power systems developer Rolls-Royce Holdings said Chief Executive Officer Warren East bought 17,300 shares at a price of 577.1846 pence per share on Thursday. Following the GBP99,853 transaction, East holds 24,990 shares. Rolls-Royce on Wednesday said it will ditch its two-division structure in the new year and move to a model of five market-facing businesses, part of the wider restructuring programme the group is enacting. The stock closed up 0.5% at 576.50p Friday.

IT assurance company NCC Group said a group of directors and non-executives took part in its recent open offer with shares priced at 275 pence in a move to boost NCC's position in the cyber security market.
Five board members acquired on Friday a total of 101,555 shares. Details are as follows:
Chief Executive Officer Rob Cotton acquired 64,285 shares to take his holding to 5.5 million shares, equivalent to a 1.99% stake.
Finance Director Atul Patel acquired 9,571 shares for a total holding of 105,284 shares, or 0.04% of the company.
Chairman Paul Mitchell acquired 20,400 shares to give him 650,000 shares, or 0.24%.
Non-executive directors Chris Batterham, Debbie Hewitt and Thomas Chambers acquired 2,000, 3,399 and 1,900 shares, respectively. This take their holdings to 22,000 shares, 37,389 shares and 20,900 shares, respectively.
NCC on Tuesday said it raised the full GBP126.0 million targeted from its recent firm placing, placing and open offer. In November, NCC said acquire Fox-IT Holding BV in the Netherlands. and would launch a large placing and open offer to cover the deal.
Fox-IT, based in Delft, provides high-end cyber security services, including products, managed services, threat intelligence, forensics and incident response.
NCC Group will be promoted to the FTSE 250 when the index changes come into effect on Monday.
The stock closed up 0.1% at 288.00p Friday.

Botswana Diamonds said it has undertaken a private placing to conditionally raise GBP458,655, with proceeds to fund exploration activities in Botswana and provide working capital.
The diamond exploration and project development company, which holds licences in Botswana and Cameroon, said it is placing about 54.0 million new shares at 0.85 pence each.
Each placing share has one warrant attached with the right to subscribe for one new share at the placing price for three years from December 24.
Additionally, the company has settled a further GBP86,661 of liabilities with some of its directors by issuing them with 10.2 million placing shares.
"These liabilities had accrued as a result of unpaid directors' fees," the company said.
In total, the company has conditionally issued 64.2 million placing shares with warrants attached to raise GBP545,316.
Executive Chairman John Teeling's shareholding will move to 14.5% of the company, an increase to 44.2 million shares from 36.6 million.
Finance Director James Finn's shareholding will move to 6.3% of the company, an increase to 19.1 million shares from 3.5 million.
Director David Horgan's shareholding will move to 4.0% of the company, an increase to 12.2 million shares from 2.4 million.
Non- Executive Director Anne McFarland's shareholding will move to 0.4% of the company, an increase to 1.2 million shares from zero.
With the exception of David Horgan, all directors subscribed for shares in the placing. Horgan was paid his in place of cash remuneration.
Shares in Botswana Diamonds closed down 7.3% at 0.811 pence.

G4S said Non-Executive Director Paul Spence bought 10,000 shares at a price of USD3.227 each on Wednesday. Shares in the FTSE 100 outsourcer closed up 0.9% at 217.50p on Friday.

Prudential said Non-Executive Director David Law bought 3,327 shares at a price of 1,492 pence per share on Friday. The purchase is his only holding after being appointed in September. Shares in the FTSE 100 life insurer closed down 1.0% at 1,489.80p Friday.

Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey said Non-Executive Director Humphrey Singer bought 25,000 shares at a price of 196.6 pence per share on Friday, which is his only holding. The stock closed down 1.1% at 195.81p Friday.

Red Rock Resources said Chairman Andrew Bell bought 10.6 million shares at a price of 0.014 pence per share on Thursday. Following this transaction, Bell holds a total beneficial interest in 85.3 million shares, which represents 1.41% stake in the miner. The stock closed up 28% at 0.0160p Friday.

Regency Mines said Chairman Andrew Bell bought 13.1 million shares at a price of 0.014 pence per share Friday. Following this transaction, Bell holds a total beneficial interest in 77.1 million shares, which represents a 3.09% stake in the miner. The stock was down 12% at 0.0177p Friday.

IT services provider Kainos Group said Samuel Bolton, a divisional director, and a person connected to Bolton sold 240,000 shares at an average price of 250 pence each on Friday. Following this transaction, Bolton now holds 1 million shares, which represents 0.85% stake in the firm. The stock closed up 0.7% at 252.75p Friday.

FTSE 250-listed carbon and ceramic products manufacturer Morgan Advanced Materials PLC said Chief Executive Officer Pete Raby bought 10,928 shares at a price of 244.41 pence per share on Friday. The purchase is his only holding after becoming CEO in August. Raby joins the company from his position as the president of the communications and connectivity division of FTSE 250-listed defence company Cobham. Morgan Advanced Materials closed down 0.2% at 245.30p Friday.
