LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.

7digital Group said Chief Executive Officer Simon Cole bought 40,000 shares at a price of 10.75p per share Monday. Following this transaction, Cole holds 2.3 million shares, which represents 2.1% stake in the firm.
7digital last week said it had integrated Google's streaming service Google Cast on its platform, as it reported a widened pretax loss for its first half of 2015.
Shares in the digital music and radio services company closed down 1.2% at 10.50p Tuesday.

Outsourcery said Co-Chief Executive Officer Simon Newton bought 38,400 shares at a price of 13.5p per share Tuesday. Following this transaction, Newton's beneficial interest is 7.3 million shares in Outsourcery, representing approximately 13.18% of the current issued share capital. Late last month, the communications outsourcing company said its pretax loss narrowed in the first half thanks to increased revenue. Outsourcery also had said it had agreed a GBP1.0 million subscription fundraising with Lawrence Jones, an individual investor, under which he will buy 5.6 million shares in the company for 18.0 pence per share. The new shares equal 10.52% of Outsourcery's existing total. Jones is the founder and chief executive of Manchester-based UKFast, an internet hosting provider. Shares in the cloud services provider closed up 39% at 17.00p Tuesday.

Belvoir Lettings said Chairman Mike Goddard bought 40,000 shares at a price of 121.25p per share Tuesday. Following this transaction, Goddard holds 7.8 million shares, which represents 26.68% of total issued share capital and voting rights.
Belvoir Lettings on Monday said it agreed to acquire West Midlands-based property sales and lettings business Goodchilds for GBP3.3 million and raised GBP3.6 million via a share placing to help fund the acquisition.
Shares in the lettings agency company closed up 2.3% at 123.80p Tuesday.

Savills said the wife of Rupert Sebag-Montefiore, head of Global Residential, sold 35,000 shares at a price of 927p per share Monday. Following this transaction, Sebag-Montefiore now holds a beneficial shareholding of 185,848 shares. Shares in the real estate services provider closed down 0.1% at 929.00p Tuesday.

Shanta Gold said Non-Executive Director Robin Fryer bought 120,000 shares at 5p each Tuesday. He now holds 600,000 shares. Shares in the East Africa-focused gold producer closed down 8.1% at 4.82p Tuesday.

Recruiter InterQuest Group said Chief Executive Officer Mark Braund sold 360,000 shares at a price of 84p per share Monday. Following this transaction, Braund is beneficially interested in 400,603 shares representing approximately 1.1% of issued shares. The stock closed down 2.9% at 84.98p Tuesday.
