LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday.

3i Group said five directors of the board have acquired a total of 16,377 shares in the London-listed private equity firm.
All shares were acquired at 419.86 pence per share on Monday. The stock ended down 2.9% at 409.63p, meaning the shares have lost about 16% of their value so far in 2016.
Chairman Simon Thompson acquired 6,128 shares, while his deputy Jonathan Asquith acquired 3,000.
Non-executive directors Peter Grosch, David Hutchison and Martine Verluyten added to their shareholdings.
Grosch acquired 1,249 shares, while Hutchison and Verluyten bought 3,000 each.

Compass Group said Chief Executive Richard Cousins sold 300,000 shares in the food and support services company at 1,206.7856 pence each.
Following this, Cousins holds 1.2 million shares, representing 0.07% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in Compass Group closed down 2.4% at 1,191.00p.

Babcock International Group said Independent Non-Executive Director Anna Stewart bought 5,656 shares in the company at 877.736 pence each.
This was Stewart's first share purchase and she now holds 0.001% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in the engineering and support services company closed down 4.5% at 862.00 pence on Monday afternoon.

Berkeley Group Holdings said Executive Director Sean Ellis transferred his entire holding of 65,126 shares in the property developer to his wife.
Ellis's wife did not have any shares in the company prior to the transfer and now holds 0.05% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in Berkeley ended down 7.7% at 3,129.00p.

St Modwen Properties said Chairman Bill Shannon has upped his stake in the FTSE 250 land regeneration specialist.
Shannon, who has been chairman since March 2011, bought 10,000 shares at 356.2 pence per share on Friday last week, taking his total stake to 85,000 shares. He owns less than 1.0% of the business.
Also adding to his shareholding was Richard Mully, who has been a senior independent director since December 2013.
Mully acquired 10,000 shares at 357.0p per share on Friday last week, taking his total holding to 30,000 shares.
Shares in St Modwen ended down 3.2% at 344.90p.

FTSE 250-listed food wholesaler Booker Group PLC said Non-Executive Gary Hughes bought 20,000 shares Monday at a price of 168.3 pence.
Following this transaction Hughes has an interest in 40,000 shares, or a less than 1.0% stake.
Shares in Booker Group closed down 3.9% at 161.60p.

LondonMetric Property said a group of executives, including Chief Executive Andrew Jones, bought and sold shares last Friday.
A person connected to Andrew Jones, Rosalind Jones, sold 20,000 shares at 161.3 pence, and subsequently bought 25,000 shares at 162.0p. This takes Jones' total interest to 2.3 million shares, or a less than 1.0% stake.
Asset Director Mark Stirling and a person connected to him, Karen Stirling, sold 45,000 shares at 161.1p and the director subsequently bought 50,000 shares at 161.7p. This takes Stirling's total interest in the company to 1.7 million, or less than 1.0%.
Investment Director Valentine Beresford and Strategy Director Andrew Smith bought 31,076 shares and 15,000 shares in the company respectively at 160.9p and 162.0p. Their subsequent shareholdings were 2.2 million and 38,500 pence, both a less than 1.0% interest.
Shares in LondonMetric closed down 2.2% at 156.60p.

AIM-listed Minds + Machines Group said Non-Executive Chairman Guy Elliott, and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer Michael Salazar bought shares in the company last Friday.
Elliott bought 230,000 shares at 8.41 pence each, taking his interest in the company to 21.9 million shares or a 2.89% stake, and Salazar bought 50 shares at 8.50 pence, taking his interest to 1.6 million shares or a less than 1.0% stake in the company.
Shares in the internet domain owner and operator closed up 4.9% at 9.05p.
