DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Stratex International CEO Livesey Buys 0.4% Stake

LONDON (Alliance News) - Gold explorer and developer Stratex International PLC said Monday its Chief Executive Tim Livesey has taken a 0.4% holding in the company.

Livesey bought 1.9 million shares in Stratex at a price of 0.74 pence per share for a total cost of GBP13,987. Prior to this transaction, he held no shares in the company. He continues to hold 6.0 million share options.

Stratex shares were up 1.5% on Monday at 0.660p.
