(Alliance News) - Strategic Minerals PLC said Executive Director Peter Wale purchased shares in the production and development company in four transactions on Tuesday.
The stock was trading 2.9% lower on Wednesday in London at 0.68 pence a share.
Wale bought a total of 3.5 million shares at an average price of 0.72p each, worth GBP25,272.
Following this acquisition, Wale has a total interest in 58.0 million shares, representing a 4.0% holding.
