LONDON (Alliance News) - Logistics company Stobart Group Ltd Friday said that Chairman Iain Ferguson bought 100,000 shares on Thursday, at a price of 130 pence per share.
Stobart said that 15,000 of these shares will be held by Ferguson, while 85,000 shares will be held by his wife, Catherine.
Shares in Stobart were up 1% at 131.78 pence per share Friday afternoon.
