LONDON (Alliance News) - Statpro Group PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Chairman Carl Bacon purchased 36,000 shares for his SIPP account at 83.1 pence per share, while his spouse sold 36,000 shares from her direct account at 83p each Tuesday.
Following the transactions, Bacon remains interested in 800,000 shares, representing approximately 1.19% of the issued share capital.
The software systems distributor also said Non-Executive Director Mark Adorian purchased 76,900 shares into his ISA account and 12,450 shares into his SIPP account at 83p each. He subsequently sold the same number of shares, 89,350, from his direct account at 83p each Tuesday.
The spouse of Adorian also purchased 77,000 shares into her ISA account and 10,500 shares into her SIPP account at the same price. The spouse of Adorian sold the same number of shares from her direct account.
As a result Adorian remains interested in 2.9 million shares, representing approximately 4.26% of the issued share capital.
Shares in Statpro were up 3.4% at 87.90 pence Wednesday morning.
