LONDON (Alliance News) - Statpro Group PLC Tuesday said Chief Executive Justin Wheatley bought 55,000 shares at a price of 74.5 pence per share for his self-invested pension plan Monday.
Following this transaction, Wheatley holds a beneficial interest in 7.4 million shares, which represents 11.02% stake in the firm.
The company also said Non-Executive Director Mark Adorian bought 82,600 shares at 71p each. He now holds 3 million shares, or 4.38% of the total voting rights.
Shares in the cloud-based software company were quoted at 72.40p up 0.6% Tuesday.
