LONDON (Alliance News) - Wireless monitoring products company Starcom PLC on Thursday said Chief Executive Avi Hartmann has sold shares in the company.
Starcom did not say when Hartmann sold the shares, but he sold 500,000 at 2.5 pence per share, leaving him with 18.5 million Starcom shares, or a 19% stake in the company.
Shares in Starcom were down 6.0% to 2.35 pence on Thursday.
