LONDON (Alliance News) - Stanley Gibbons Group PLC Monday said Executive Director Ian Goldbart's wife transferred 25,000 shares in the company to their daughter at no cost.
Goldbart and his connected persons now hold a total of 368,551 shares in the company, representing a 0.8% shareholding.
Shares in the rare stamps and collectibles dealer closed 0.2% lower Monday at 339.45 pence per share.
