LONDON (Alliance News) - Standard Life Aberdeen PLC said Non-Executive Director & Chairman Designate Douglas Flint acquired shares worth GBP88,400 in the insurance and asset management firm in a transaction on Tuesday.
Flint - chairman of HSBC Holdings PLC between 2000 and 2017 - bought 40,000 shares at 221.00 pence on Tuesday. Shares in Standard Life Aberdeen were 1.4% lower at 225.95p in late trade on Tuesday.
Flint will replace Gerry Grimstone as chairman of Standard Life Aberdeen in early 2019. He was appointed chair designate in early November,
The total holding of Flint in FTSE 100-listed Standard Life Aberdeen was not disclosed.
