LONDON (Alliance News) - Transport operator Stagecoach Group PLC on Friday said Anne Griffiths, the wife of Chief Executive Martin Griffiths, has bought shares in the company.
Anne Griffiths bought 20,000 shares at 209.37 pence each on Friday.
Stagecoach shares were down 8.2% to 212.24 pence on Friday, the worst performer in the FTSE 250 after JPMorgan Cazenove downgraded its rating on the company.
