LONDON (Alliance News) - Stadium Group PLC Wednesday said its chief executive and other directors bought shares in the company.
Chief Executive Charlie Peppiatt bought 15,000 shares at 45 pence each, taking his interest to 15,000 shares, or 0.05% of the company's share capital.
Its non-executive chairman, Nick Brayshaw, bought 10,000 shares at 50 pence each, in the name of his government approved pension scheme, the self-invested personal pension. His holding is now 15,000 shares, or 0.05%.
Meanwhile, Joanne Estell, finance director, bought 10,000 shares at 45 pence each, taking her holding to 10,000 shares, or 0.03%.
Stadium Group shares were Wednesday quoted at 50.05 pence, up 6.55 pence, or 15.1%.
