DIRECTOR DEALINGS: St Modwen Properties Non-Exec Director Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - St Modwen Properties said on Thursday that Non-Executive Director Ian Bull purchased 10,000 shares at a price of 373.40 pence per share on Wednesday.

It has not been disclosed how many shares Bull now holds in total.

Shares in the FTSE 250-listed housebuilder closed up 1.7% at 386.423 pence on Thursday.
