LONDON (Alliance News) - St Modwen Properties PLC on Monday said Chairman Bill Shannon has upped his stake in the land regeneration specialist.
Shannon, who has been chairman since March 2011, bought 10,000 shares at 356.2 pence per share on Friday last week, taking his total stake to 85,000 shares. He owns less than 1.0% of the business.
Also adding to his shareholding was Richard Mully, who has been a senior independent director since December 2013.
Mully acquired 10,000 shares at 357.0p per share on Friday last week, taking his total holding to 30,000 shares.
Shares in St Modwen were down 2.6% at 347.00p on Monday afternoon.
