DIRECTOR DEALINGS: St Modwen CEO Allan Buys 40,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - St Modwen Properties PLC said on Tuesday Chief Executive Mark Allan bought 40,000 shares at a price of 373.4 pence each on Monday.

The transaction had a total value of GBP149,360. Allan's total interest in the company was not disclosed.

Shares in St Modwen closed down 0.8% at 372.375p on Tuesday.
