(Alliance News) - SSP Group PLC Friday said Nick Inkster, a regional chief executive, sold around GBP1.7 million worth of shares in the travel food retailer.
Inkster, CEO of SSP's Nordics and Spain region, sold 242,581 shares at a price of 688 pence per share on Friday. His total shareholding after the sale was not disclosed.
On Friday, the group behind food outlets like Upper Crust and Ritazza, reported a "good" third quarter, though there has been some sluggishness in Continental Europe.
The stock closed up 2.9% at 701.00p in London on Friday.
