LONDON (Alliance News) - SSE PLC said Monday Non-Executive Director's Tony Cocker and Peter Lynas acquired 5,000 and 3,000 shares, respectively, at GBP11.23 and GBP11.17 each.
Cocker's GBP56,150 acquisition was completed Friday and Lynas's GBP33,510 purchase was completed Monday.
Shares in SSE closed down 1.0% Monday at 1,106.50 pence each.
