LONDON (Alliance News) - Sprue Aegis PLC said Wednesday that Finance Director John Gahan has sold 27,00 shares at an average price of 302 pence.
Following this transaction Gahan has an interest in 20,000 shares, a less than 1.0% interest in the company.
Shares in Sprue Aegis are trading down 0.9% at 297.25 pence Wednesday.
