LONDON (Alliance News) - Spire Healthcare Group PLC said Monday that Non-Executive Director Simon Rowlands bought shares worth GBP264,160 in the company.
Rowlands acquired 200,000 shares at an average price of 132.08 pence each over the course of Friday and Monday.
Following this transaction, Rowlands holds a total of 528,516 shares in the company through a nominee.
Spire Healthcare shares were trading down 5.4% at 125.50p each on Monday.
