LONDON (Alliance News) - Spire Healthcare Group PLC said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Jitesh Sodha bought 50,500 shares in the company.
Sodha acquired the shares at 146.98 pence each for a total of GBP74,224. The purchase is Sodha's only holding in the private healthcare provider.
Spire shares closed up 3.1% at 146.90p each.
