LONDON (Alliance News) - Software and services company Sopheon PLC said Chairman Barry Mence bought 44,406 shares at 84.75 pence each on Friday.
Following the transaction, Mence holds around 1.4 million shares.
The company also said Non-Executive Director Bernard Al bought 5,594 shares at the same price. He now holds 100,000 shares.
The stock was flat at 81.00p Monday.
