LONDON (Alliance News) - Enterprise software company Sopheon PLC Tuesday said Chairman Barry Mence bought 22,600 shares at a price of 82.50 pence per share Monday.
Following this transaction, Mence holds 1.4 million shares.
The company also said Non-Executive Director Stuart Silcock bought 2,400 shares at the same price. He now holds 254,627 shares.
The stock was down 1.8% at 81.00p Tuesday.
