LONDON (Alliance News) - Sopheon PLC said Friday that Executive Chairman Barry Mence and Chief Financial Officer Arif Karimjee bought 15,565 shares and 10,805 shares in the company, respectively, at prices of 68.0 pence and 64.0p.
Shares in Sopheon were up 13% at 67.00p Friday afternoon.
