LONDON (Alliance News) - Smurfit Kappa Group PLC said Tuesday its non-executive director John Moloney purchased 5,000 shares in the company on Tuesday, at EUR22.65 per share.
Smurfit said following the transaction, which took place in Dublin, Moloney now holds 8,000 shares or 0.003% of issued share capital.
Shares in Smurfit closed down 0.2% at 1,795.00 pence on Tuesday.
