LONDON (Alliance News) - Plant Health Care PLC Tuesday said a group of executives and non-executives acquired around 2.7 million shares on Friday at 10 pence each.
Shares in the company were up 4% at 19.75p Tuesday.
Chairman Christopher Richards bought 700,000 shares.
Chief Executive Officer Paul Schmidt and Richard Webb, a director, each bought 751,870 shares.
Non-Executive Director William Lewis bought 187,960 shares.
Senior Independent Director Michael Higgins bought 60,000 shares.
Non-Executive Director James Ede-Golightly bought 200,000 shares.
Plant Health Care said it had raised GBP7.6 million from its placing, subscription and open offer last Tuesday.
Plant Health Care, which makes biological products for agricultural markets, said a total of 76.0 million shares will be issued pursuant to the placing, subscription and open offer, with shares issued at 10.00p. Around GBP7.2 million was raised via a placing and subscription, with the remaining GBP400,000 raised via an open offer.
