(Alliance News) - Sirius Real Estate Ltd on Friday said the company's chair bought shares this week, while a senior German manager sold.
Chair Daniel Kitchen bought 100,000 shares at GBP0.59, worth GBP58,709, on Wednesday. They are his only shares.
Rudiger Swoboda, managing director of Sirius Facilities GmbH, sold 80,000 shares at GBP0.59, worth GBP47,200, on Thursday. Swoboda now holds 1.1 million shares, an 0.1% stake.
Sirius Real Estate shares were down 3.0% in London on Friday at 57.60 pence, while in Johannesburg they were up 7.8% at ZAR11.75.
