LONDON (Alliance News) - Sinclair IS Pharma PLC Wednesday said Chief Executive Officer Chris Spooner bought 238,430 shares at a price of 26.25 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Spooner holds 9 million shares, which represents 1.81% stake in the firm.
The drug company also said Chief Operating Officer Christophe Foucher bought 35,000 shares at 24.25p each. He now holds 191,200 shares.
Shares were quoted at 27.50p, up 3.8% Wednesday.
