LONDON (Alliance News) - SimplyBiz Group PLC said Friday joint-Chief Executive Officer Neil Stevens purchased 25,000 shares at a price of 161.0 pence per share on Thursday.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Stevens now holds following the transaction, worth GBP40,250.
Shares in the compliance and business services provider were up 0.6% at 163.00 pence on Friday.
