SimplyBiz Group PLC - Huddersfield, England-based business services provider to financial advisers - Four directors, led by Joint Chief Executive Officer Neil Stevens, buy 40,255 shares at 156.1 pence to 156.5p, worth about GBP63,000, on Tuesday. Stevens buys 25,000 shares and now holds 1.69 million shares, a 1.8% stake. Joint CEO Matt Timmins buys 5,111 shares and now has 1.73 million.
