(Alliance News) - FTSE 250-listed SIG PLC on Wednesday said Chief Financial Officer Nicholas Maddock and his wife Fiona Maddock both purchased shares in the construction products firm.
In two separate transactions on Wednesday, the Maddock's bought 13,000 shares at a price of 102.1 pence each and 61,000 shares at 102.5p each, worth a total of GBP75,798.
Shares in SIG were trading 3.1% higher in London on Wednesday at 102.40p each.
It has not been disclosed how many shares the Maddock's hold following this purchase.
