LONDON (Alliance News) - Insulation supply firm SIG PLC said Chief Financial Officer Nicholas Maddock and his wife purchased a combined 76,278 shares at an aggregate price of 105.44 pence each on Tuesday.
The CFO purchased 13,340 shares at 105.35p and his wife purchased 62,938 shares at 105.86p.
It has not been disclosed how many shares the couple now hold in the company following the GBP80,427 deal.
Shares in SIG closed down 1.9% at 106.10p on Tuesday.
