LONDON (Alliance News) - Shawbrook Group PLC said Stephen Johnson, deputy chief executive, bought 148,585 shares at a price of 167 pence per share Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Johnson now holds 2.7 million shares, which represents 1.08% stake in the lender.
The company also said Human Resources Director Debbie Griffin bought 5,780 shares at 173p each, which is her only holding after joining the company in May.
The bank on Tuesday said it will book a GBP9.0 million impairment charge after irregularities were uncovered in its Asset Finance unit, sending its shares down 14%. The stock was rebounding Wednesday, up 18% at 165.13p.
