LONDON (Alliance News) - Share PLC Wednesday said Chairman Gavin Oldham sold 31,432 shares held outside of his ISA at a price of 35 pence per share and purchased the same amount shares held inside his ISA at a price of 35.10 pence per share Tuesday.
The company also said that on Tuesday, Virginia Oldham, a connected person to Gavin Oldham, sold 31,432 shares held outside of her ISA at 35p each and purchased the same amount of shares held inside her ISA at 35.10p each.
Following these transactions, there have been no changes to the total interest of Gavin Oldham, which stands at 17.6 million shares.
Shares in the brokerage service were trading at 37.95p, up 2.5%, Wednesday morning.
