LONDON (Alliance News) - Shanta Gold Limited, the East Africa-focused gold production and exploration company, Friday said Chairman Anthony Durrant bought 100,000 shares at a price of 11.88 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Durrant holds 1.4 million shares, which represents 0.29% of the issued shares.
Shares were up 1.2% at 11.89 pence Friday morning.
