LONDON (Alliance News) - Shanta Gold Limited, the East Africa-focused gold production and exploration company, Friday said Chairman Anthony Durrant bought 100,000 shares at a price of 10.20 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Durrant holds 1.5 million shares or 0.31% of the total voting rights.
Shanta Gold shares were down 1.3% at 10.12p Friday.
