LONDON (Alliance News) - Severfield PLC Monday said that Non-Executive Director Chris Holt acquired 7,548 shares at 54.98 pence per share on June 6, while his wife also acquired 10,309 shares at the same price.
Shares in the structural steelwork company were down 0.9% at 53.75 pence Monday afternoon.
